Long answer
Raising Cane's is a restaurant that serves chicken tenders, bread, and fries. Their claim is that their chicken is always fresh and never frozen. It's still fried chicken, however, and probably isn't good for you.
Raising Cane's does not provide nutritional information for their food on their website. Instead, they have a statement that their menu is still undergoing nutritional review. The company is not transparent about the locations from which their food is sourced; their claim to always fresh, never frozen chicken means that they likely source from local suppliers. If true, that would mean that Raising Cane's chicken doesn't use artificial preservatives, flavoring, or coloring agent. Without an ingredients list, however, there's no way to know how fresh the chicken actually is.
Fried chicken isn't much good for you, however. It's rich in sodium and fat. Eating a lot of it over the long-term may drive up the levels of bad cholesterol in your blood and increase your chance of contracting heart disease. There's a fair amount of grease in Raising Cane's chicken. It clogs up your circulatory system. Greasy foods can also have an effect on skin quality; if you're struggling with acne, you'll probably want to keep foods like Raising Cane's to a minimum in your diet.
Raising Cane's doesn't provide calorie information on their website, either. ShapeFit.com, however, has a breakdown of the caloric content of different Raising Cane's orders. It's a doozy: the Box and Caniac combos have more than a thousand calories each - most of them from fats and carbohydrates. Aside from those found in the carrots and cabbage in the coleslaw, there's likely little in the way of the nutrients you need in a Raising Cane's combo. It's a lot of calories with little else for your buck.
Raising Cane's also sells soda and lemonade as refreshments. Soda is terrible for you - maybe as bad as cigarettes - and increases your risk of contracting a range of chronic diseases while doing damage to your teeth and figure. Raising Cane's lemonade is homemade, which is good, but lemonade should be consumed in moderation, as well; it's got a higher sugar content than many other drinks and is acidic enough to do damage to your teeth over the long-term.
